Your New Employer:

Our client is an established infrastructure and engineering company employing thousands of Australians. They build and maintain essential services and have built a strong reputation as leading providers to the energy and utilities sector through their expertise.

Your New Role:

As an Electricity Distribution Linesman your role will involve working with a crew of 4 to 5 people building and maintaining power distribution lines. You will be working Monday to Friday and be required to work on call-out. It is a mobile role where you maybe required to help with the installation and/or maintenance of power lines of surrounding areas of your chosen location. Locations available include Toowoomba, Mackay, Rockhampton and Gold Coast.

Due to ongoing success, our client is looking to boost their numbers of fully qualified electrical linesmen.  You will be working with a progressive company, offering relocation expenses and attractive rates.

You will be rewarded with:

• $70K to $75K base - depending on skill and experience
• Overtime pay

Selection Criteria:

• Qualified linesman - certificate 3 in ESI (distribution)
• Have at least 3 years experience in installing and maintaining distribution lines
• Glover and barrier accreditation will be highly regarded
• Valid drivers licence
• Willingness to travel
• Prepared to rotate on the call out roster
